With over 30 years of experience in cable assembly, NOVOMATIC Hungária has one of the largest and most diverse machine and tool parks for cable assembly and component assembly in Europe. This enables us to fulfil almost all customer requirements in the stranded wire and cable sector.
With our state-of-the-art machines and fully automated systems, we are able to process a wide range of different strands and wires in any batch size without changeover times.
In addition, the constantly growing demands of our customers require a high degree of flexibility from both man and machine. Our machinery is therefore equipped with state-of-the-art technology and optimised for both small and large series.
In order to facilitate and automate pre-assembly in our production, fully automated cable processing machines were purchased.
Another aspect here was to open up new market areas and expand our portfolio accordingly.
CrimpCenter 36 S (Schleuniger)
The Schleuniger CrimpCenter 36S is a fully automatic crimping machine designed for the efficient processing of cables. It offers high precision and flexibility, enables fast cutting, stripping and crimping and is ideal for medium to large production runs.
MegaStrip 9680 (Schleuniger)
The MegaStrip 9680 is a state-of-the-art stripping machine designed for the precise processing of wires and cables. It offers versatile functions such as cutting, stripping and dismantling and is ideal for demanding industrial applications and high production volumes.
With this machine, we can therefore mechanically cut, process, coil and bundle control cables up to an outer diameter of 35 mm2.
